[kapua-dev] Make Kapua fully buildable

Hi,

currently we have the issue that the REST API pulls in two external dependencies for which there exists no source code.

I made PR #543 [1] which solves this by actually providing this out of the repository. So it is possible for everyone to re-build Kapua from source.

Please have a look and let me know your feedback.

Also please don't merge this PR until all CQs are processed.
