Hello,

We previously decided to release TagsDoc (our version of TLDDoc) since the pom.xml within the 3.0.0 impl references this component.

How can we stage TagsDoc? I do not know how to set it up under https://ci.eclipse.org/jstl/

However, the 3.0.0 release still has the TLDDoc step under a profile. Maybe it's not necessary to release TagsDoc after all?
