Dear Persistence specification community,
As per issue [1], a TCK pull request [2] has been created that might impact other persistence providers with some database servers as mentioned in issue comment [3][4]. When we review the [2] change, we should make best effort to determine if the test change is Jakarta Persistence Spec compliant. If you feel that the update is not Persistence Spec compliant, please explain your reasoning on either the issue [1] or pull request [2].
