PR is open in draft status here: 


Still in Draft form, but TCK is passing.  Next steps to get out of Draft status:

 - Review TCK and promote
 - Get a certification request
 - Release/tag the source
 - Update API docs
 - Update specification PDF/HTML

I have been assigned by the Specification Committee to mentor you through the process of finalizing the PR for the upcoming release review of Jakarta Messaging. 

As a part of wave 0 in the release schedule, the plan is to start the review ballot anytime before August 24. But sooner rather than later. You may create the PR even if you don't have all the information required.

How are we on track with creating a PR for this specification to the specifications repository?
