Does it mean that bug 370132 [1] and its accompanying change [2] is
not going to be part of 1.3? The bug is my fault and I wanted to fix
it asap. Moreover, without the fix logging for a file is going to look
pretty bad in Orion [3].

I don't want to amend the submitted IP log now in order to not
endanger shipping 1.3 with Indigo SR2 (release review and finalÂ
build on Feb 15). ÂI can tag another maintenanceÂrelease shortlyÂ
after 1.3 to publishÂyour patch (and maybe a few moreÂwe mightÂ
have until then).ÂMaintenance releases require less paperÂworkÂ
so this shouldn'tÂcauseÂa big overhead.
