Does it mean that bug 370132 [1] and its accompanying change [2] is
not going to be part of 1.3? The bug is my fault and I wanted to fix
it asap. Moreover, without the fix logging for a file is going to look
pretty bad in Orion [3].



I don't want to amend the submitted IP log now in order to not
endanger shipping 1.3 with Indigo SR2 (release review and final 
build on Feb 15).  I can tag another maintenance release shortly 
after 1.3 to publish your patch (and maybe a few more we might 
have until then). Maintenance releases require less paper work 
so this shouldn't cause a big overhead.
