I'm having the same problem in the latest release.

Is there any chance you could try this with Jetty 7.1.5 that has just been
released, just to make sure that the enhancements and fixes that have been
implemented since release 7.0.1 haven't resolved this issue? If you
experience the same issue with the latest release, please file a bug report
at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Jetty.
