A committer election for David Kral on project Eclipse Jersey (ee4j.jersey)
was started by Maxim Nesen with this criteria:

David is Oracle's employee who had already contributed more than 5 commits to
Jersey. He introduced new functionality which is rest client in Jersey. Now
he is manly focused on Helidon and Jersey integration. He actively
participates in Jersey's development.  I believe he will be a valuable
addition to Eclipse Jersey team
