https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/1685 reports a system failure during TCK testing that is also reported via https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-68234.

There is also https://github.com/fabric8io/kubernetes-client/issues/4353 which requests an enhancement to the onFailure(okhttp3.WebSocket webSocket, Throwable t, Response response) handling of the passed Throwable which is being ignored due to a RuntimeException thrown when closing the `okhttp3.Response response`.

Feedback on the issues is appreciated. Suggestions here as well are also welcome.
