[jakartaee-stable-dev] XML-RPC TCK promoted bundles refreshed

Hi all,

We had to update the below XML-RPC(jaxrpc) TCK bundles which are used 
for API certification. The bundles were regenerated and has a new 
checksum (& size) now.


1. EFTL :

Can you please use these latest jaxrpc bundles in your jobs and update 
the checksum in the summary.
