At today's Jakarta EE Spec committee meeting, I brought up a question on whether we need to require the updated EE 12 specs to adopt the latest version of EFSL. Here are the conclusions from the committee.

For all of the updated spec for EE 12, please adopt the EFSL v2.0.

If a spec is on 1.0, it must be updated as this version is not acceptable any more. It should be updated to v2.0.
If a spec is on 1.1, it should be updated to v2.0.
