Dear Spec Project Leads,

To request the Specification Committee engage in a JESP required review (Creation, Plan, Progress or Release) for your Jakarta EE specification project you need to:

1. Create a PR, sample PR for a Plan Review is here also the link to the PR template for Release Review is here.

• In a Plan Review you must declare breaking changes including anything that affects backward compatibility, and also the JVM level/version

• Describe any updates or required changes including splitting out the TCK

• Declare any optional features

• Note Platform Spec may have requirements for specs that want to be included in an upcoming Platform Spec. Contact the Platform Project on their mailing list [1.] where this can be discussed

2. Notify the Spec Committee on the discussion list [2.] that your PR is ready 

3. The Spec Committee chair will assign the next mentor up from the randomized list and respond
