[jakartaee-platform-dev] Ballot for Jakarta EE 9.1 will be delayed until

FYI,
Just to communicate
this as widely as possible...  I just talked with the TomEE team and
they are oh-so-close to being 9.1 Compliant.  They assured me that
they can submit the required CCRs before Monday, May 3.  Since
it would be great to include another CI on the 9.1 Ballot and I provided
some small wiggle room in our schedule, let's wait until Monday to send
out the ballot for Jakarta EE 9.1.
