[jakartaee-platform-dev] Final prep for Jakarta EE 9.1 ballot

Hi,
The PR for the
Jakarta EE 9.1 Specification is nearing completion and needs some final
reviewing before we start the ballot on Friday, April 30:  https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/pull/372

The deploy preview
might be easier to look at the Platform and Web Profile specification pages
since the Javadoc takes up most of the PR files:  https://deploy-preview-372--jakartaee-specifications.netlify.app/

The CCRs for Glassfish
are specified.  I'm also looking to update the material for the CCRs
for Open Liberty and WildFly, but we have until Thursday to complete that
exercise.  Also, if there any other products that wish to be a CI
for the ballot, let me know.  The more, the merrier!  :-)
