Reza, please stop pulling me and Ed back into these discussions. We
have no special role here.
This is a community project and the Eclipse project pages tell who
the leads and committers are for each project, as well as the
mailing list for discussion of issues related to each project.
That's the place to start asking for help or offering assistance.
If you think some higher level guidance is missing, please contact
the project leads and ultimately the PMC.

able to deliver Jakarta EE 9 without waiting for
all the spec conversion process to be finished?
Yes, we don't want to put this effort on the critical
path. It is _strongly_ encouraged though...
