DECISION: Optional, but strongly encouraged to Jakarta-ize the applicable specs as part of the Jakarta EE 9 effort
Am I reading it correctly, an it means we'll be able to deliver Jakarta EE 9 without waiting for all the spec conversion process to be finished?
Yes, we don't want to put this effort on the critical path. It is _strongly_ encouraged though...
