Yes, there is a call. 
Creating a standard agenda could be a topic of the call. I have put together an agenda for this meeting with one agenda item ("Organize ourselves").

I have updated the frequency of the call to Weekly.
Note, that there will not be a call on the first Tuesday of each month, so there will be three calls each month.
