[jakartaee-platform-dev] Start Collecting Issues related to the Jakarta

Hi,

We now have a GitHub Repository for the project here: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-platform 

As Kevin suggested before Christmas, we should start collecting issues related to the Jakarta EE Roadmap we are expected to provide to the Steering Committee.

The issue tracker can be found here: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-platform/issues

I created a label called 'roadmap' that we can use as a starting point if we need it.
