[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Email discussion

Hey All,

Are we open to having more discussions on the this list?

I have desire to continue participating in the Spec Committee, but don't have the availability for meetings I did in the first 5 years.  Completely understood there are minutes.  That's not quite as accessible as an actual email thread for the topic.

If it is the case that I'm the only one in this situation, then maybe it doesn't make sense to try and increase the effort on everyone else just for my benefit.  I wouldn't want that.

If maybe others like Kenji are in the same boat, or perhaps we feel we want to keep things moving on the list between meetings, then perhaps it could be worth the effort.

Do people have thoughts?
