Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Specs ready for review tomorrow?

I think we need to take into account the work that Scott and others did here:  https://wiki.eclipse.org/JakartaEE8StagingPlan

These dependencies are what caused me to say "wait a minute" with the Batch and Management API reviews that I volunteered for today's meeting.  Although an informal review would be welcomed, we can't do the final approval ballot until the dependencies are done.

We could possibly continue with Managed Beans review, but technically this is dependent on the Annotations review, so that formal ballot can't happen yet either.

Based on this, I've taken a shot at updating the Wave column.  I'm not exactly clear on what Stage 0 is vs Stage -1, but it's a start...

Can we quickly order the specs in to 5 waves based on dependencies? We also can focus on getting the specs that have no dependencies done up front in waves 1 and 2.

Your input in column V in the plan spreadsheet is appreciated.

Hi,
I know I volunteered Batch 1.0, Management API 1.1, and Managed Beans 1.0 tomorrow, but I may have spoke too soon.  Due to dependencies that are not ready, I don't think either Batch 1.0 or Management API 1.1 can do the real reviews just yet.  They both have dependencies on other Jakarta APIs which we have not put up for a review yet.

Managed Beans 1.0 is just a Spec deliverable (no api or javadoc - covered by Annotations).  So, we could still go through that material.
