Hi,

I’ve done the conversion and provided a PR here: https://github.com/jakartaee/specification-committee/pull/2

I’m not sure why but one of the Eclipse checks says I’m missing the Signed-Off-By footer, but it is there, so maybe there is something else wrong.

There is a link to a google doc that I don’t have access to, I preserved it, but it doesn’t feel right to have a public doc link to a non-public one.
