1. Review edits to the "Eclipse Foundation Specification Process: Goals and Requirements v2" document.
   
• Added definition of Version
• Removed notion of approving a Compatible Specification
• Added that changing the scope of a Specification requires a vote
• Added a section on Branding and Certification.
  
2. Discuss next meeting as I am going to be traveling next Friday 5/25
3. Discuss offer of being briefed on the new OASIS specification process.
