I see some issues that do not have a volunteer assigned. If you plan on working on these issues, please do assign it yourself or comment on the issue (mention that you plan on working on it). If you take a look at one of these issues and you need guidance on making the code changes for the issue, please ping me on the issue by including "@scottmarlow" in an issue comment and I will ask others to help or help myself. Or send email on this mailing list asking for help.

- https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-tck/issues/736 - "Use the standard HttpClient instead of the incubator version"
