Good question. As far as I know the only entry point is https://jakarta.ee/specifications/

Here you need to go to a spec and in the spec you can find a list of the API version with information of the corresponding Jakarta release. Maybe it makes sense add a „All Jakarta EE 8 Specifications“ and „All Jakarta EE 9 Specifications“ menu entry to the „Specifications“ page.
