Re: [jakarta.ee-community] [jakartaee-ambassadors] Tracking the status of the projects

Thanks, Edwin.

I will take care of updating the EJB Epic for the Spec update, which feeds into the Project board: https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-ee4j/projects/17

I'll let someone else take care of that spreadsheet.

This is one problem with tracking progress in two different locations -- keeping them up-to-date and in sync.  I wish there was an easy way to pull the state of the projects from the Epic checklists into a visual representation like the spreadsheet.  If someone knows how to do this, it would be great.  Thanks.

Hi,

The EJB Spec update is done, it just has to be ticked off in the parent issue and this overview. I can't do that unfortunately. It's good to have this overview now and I will definitely look at one of the outstanding items. Unfortunately, time is currently not on my side :(

Regards,

Edwin

Thanks Theo for putting this together. I'll loop in the Jakarta EE Community alias so hopefully the right folks can help get to the right status. There have been a few folks waiting to figure out where to contribute.

In particular, I would like to understand what the next steps for JSTL is. The project is currently very Oracle heavy and Oracle committers do not seem to be available at the moment. There might be other projects in a similar situation but I am not sure.

Hi folks,

I created this report for keeping an overall status of the projects. I'm having some issue tacking the TCK situation for every project. So feel free to update it.
