Thanks for your feedback Cesar!
We'll investigate and maybe come back to you with questions if we
have any :)

Thanks, much JakartaEE team for today's Update
call. :)!
As a follow up on my comments during the meeting about the
call tooling:
I think the wider the channels the JakartaEE calls
offers, the wider the audience each call will reach.
The proposal I posted was in the line of switching from
the "Crowcast to Zoom" strategy to a "Stream from one to
many channels". So far JakartaEE has social media
presence in Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube.
Even if after the Zoom or Crowcast recording gets
uploaded to the three channels, we lose community
real-time feedback.
Currently, there are several ways with software and
providers that can simplify this setup that also includes
bringing all the questions/comments from those platforms
into a centralized place. I think centralized feedback is
a key feature to evaluate.
The common protocol used for this is RTMP. A couple of
examples of services that are easy to hookup with OBS or
any other software.

Tanja,
Added
directly via the word agenda a few questions and comments,
using "suggestive mode" edit.
Thanks
for sending that link.

Thanks for your feedback, it is always good to hear
from you all.
As always, the Agenda document is one level up from
the folder you are looking at here when
pointing to the PPT we will use tomorrow and the
direct link to the Agenda file is this.
I also send out every month as part of my monthly
update section on how to get and stay connected. I
will start including that in all my emails to the

You
are wonderful Tanja, thank you for sending the
call reminder today!
A
few things as I will attend tomorrow's call, in
advance will repeat what I have stated since the
beginning of these calls back in 2018 Q2.
The agenda presentation HERE provides
no option for the viewer to add
comments or help clarify topics by direct
questions ahead of time.
Neither the agenda sent via these emails nor
the call slides welcome anyone from the
community (new commer or current contributor)
to add "tentative" topics.
HOW and WHY do we continue to call the
Jakarta EE Project a community run project
while at the same time continue to push
via actions contrary statements?
Being fed information that is 1 way a is not
the same as being a part of the process, 360
form vision. This 180 format is a choice, can
we vote on changing it to 360 iteration
instead of what currently is?
Every
problem and every misunderstanding is human and
wants to be solved.
Solutions are
possible if we not only police with care what
currently is while welcoming different points of
view but also and most importantly WHEN each
current and potential Jakartee, ( a Contributor)
becomes also a Moderator and an integral/CORE part
of the actions that lead to ANY change.
Looking
forward to tomorrow's call. THIS 1hr goal is not
to "notify" stuff, it needs to empower THIS
Jakarta Community to feel TRUE ownership.
Let's
be better, my first step is prioritizing this
call attendance, showing UP, hear you tmw!
