[jakarta.ee-community] Committer election voting is important

Hi,
I know this message is going to a wider community than I would like, but I don't know how to target just the EE4J committers across all of the projects...  And, since this message will be important as more of the community gets invited to be an EE4J committer, I think it's okay to blast this out to the whole Jakarta EE community.

The existing committers on EE4J projects may have noticed several elections getting kicked off recently to bring in some new committer requests.  I am seeing many of the same people voting across many of these elections.  Thank you!  But, there are many eligible voters (committers) that are not taking the time to vote.  The votes are open for one week and only three +1 votes are needed to pass (with no -1 votes).  Although it looks like we will exceed the minimum number of votes to claim the elections valid, some of the projects are very light on participation (5 out of 20, 6 out of 24, etc).

This note is just to encourage you to vote, if you have the ability.  Even neutral (0) votes are acceptable.  At least it shows that you took a look at the vote and you do not have enough information or background to make a positive or negative vote.  Thanks!

P.S.  If you have any questions about the voting or the nominations, please feel free to reach out to person that submitted the nomination.  Or, general questions could be posted back to this post.
