I can’t speak for PrimeFaces, but JSF and OmniFaces definitely. Working on new versions as we speak. Though I can’t speak for PF it seems very likely they’re going strong as well. Absolutely, maybe not as many changes needed, but we’ll definitely evolve this. I’m sure these are just fine too. EJB will be available still, but I don’t think much people are working to improve it. The plan is to port over many of its features to CDI compatible “things” And then Red Hat based EAPs like WildFly 14+ Correct? I believe that the future of Jakarta EE is in good hands with the Eclipse Foundation and is on solid ground going forward. My recommendation would be to ignore the FUD and continue with Jakarta EE.
