Sounds big enough. Actually some companies that seem a bit larger than Payara or Tomitribe (in order to gobble up Sprint in the US ;-) only joined as Solutions or Associate Members probably because their size would force them to pay those 250k rather than a lot less for companies that are smaller compared to that.

Everyone who chips together fees for Eclipse Strategic Member is pretty much a "giant", whether they are owned and controlled by the Top 1% Super-Rich like Oracle, Amazon or Dell/Pivotal does not really matter.

 

Being there you can no longer claim to be the "underdogs" ;-)
