[iot-wg] bridge between brokers at iot.eclipse.org and ponte.eclipse.org

Hi Everyone,

Benjamin and I were thinking about connecting iot.eclipse.org and ponte.eclipse.org, so that every retained message published via MQTT at iot.eclipse.org will be available through a REST API.

We are thinking about using a prefix in ponte http://ponte.eclipse.org/resources/iot.eclipse.org/<TOPIC>, but I think it's way better if it's just there.

Moreover, we can build something to have it at http://iot.eclipse.org/topic/<topic> which might be good for everyone.

Bouns point: every message published to iot.eclipse.org will also be available via CoAP.

What do you think? Suggestion, ideas?
