please consider this Eclipse Milo Progress Review to be also a graduation review.

During the review, I noticed Eclipse Milo demonstrates strong technical maturity, good adherence to the Eclipse Development Process, and a healthy security and IP management posture. 

The project seems to be widely adopted within the industrial automation ecosystem and benefits from transparent development practices, strong community engagement, and high-quality documentation.

So consider this an official request for your +1 for graduation.
