Re: [iot-pmc] PMC approval request for Eclipse Tahu release 1.0.0

Hi Wes,

I would be ok with the release in general. There are two points I would like to discuss:

1)  I did notice that the project homepage you are pointing to, leads to an empty page: https://github.com/eclipse/tahu  -> https://eclipse.org/tahu -> https://www.eclipse.org/projects/project.php?id=iot.tahu

The reason why I mention this, because if you have a custom project page, you need to add a link to the Eclipse Foundation security page, letting people know how to report security issues.

It also looks kind of bad IMHO.

2) This is a 1.0 release, but I didn't see any previous releases. Starting out with a non 0.x release is ok in some cases (like a previous release outside of Eclipse), so I would like to understand the reasoning behind this.

Cheers

Jens
