Many of the Eclipse Ceylon proposed committers received the following message:

This automatically generated message signals that your election has failed
because your paperwork was not completed in the allotted 60 day window.

The election has been marked as expired and notification has been sent to
the EMO.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your project
lead, PMC member, or the EMO <emo@xxxxxxxxxxx>

They say they filled in all required forms. How can we know what went wrong?
