The current blocker is resources -- servers to handle this, and human
fingers to actually support it in a way that it won't destroy everything
else.  There's also security concerns, which are in the bug.

As Eclipse servers are very open to the Internet (as opposed to most
corporate build farms which lie behind layers of firewalls and VPNs) we
must be particularly mindful of security.

The Eclipse Common Build Infra (CBI) can support the needs of most
projects, but for Docker, we're just not there yet.  But that doesn't
mean you must wait for us -- you can connect your Hudson HIPP instance
to an external slave of your choice and use Docker there:
