No, but that's not the point. If we want something like a fancy text
editor, there's nothing preventing anyone from adding one in a plug-in and
that plug-in can be added to the IDE packages. The platform provides
extensibility for that.

And at this point, I have no worries that we can get changes to the
platform that we need and I have been reassured by the platform leadership
group that they are open for contribution. But we do have to be careful
and make sure that things we're adding are actually something that there
is general agreement on. But I'm pretty sure the Platform leadership group
doesn't want to prove everyone right on how hard it is to get changes done
