[hono-dev] JDK 10 builds enabled

Hi everyone,

I just merged in PR #651, which enables additional JDK 10 builds on Travis.

The idea is not that Hono is intended to run on Java 10, but to be better prepared for Java 11, once it will be released.

So the same Hono build will now be execute twice on Travis. First using the exact same setup as before. Additionally using JDK 10, using the same build setup.

Should a build fail now, it may be a general problem and both build jobs will fail. Or it could be a problem with either JDK 8 or JDK 10, and only one job fails. But failing the overall build then.
