[hono-dev] Prepare 0.5-M5 Milestone

Hi committers & contributors,
it has been some time since the last milestone (0.5-M4). With the last open issue for 0.5-M5 being closed [1], I would like to quickly create the 0.5-M5 milestone and publish the Docker images to Docker Hub.
As with the last milestone, I kindly ask all of you guys to take a look at master and see if it compiles, all tests are succeeding (don't forget the integration tests :-)) and if the documentation looks correct to you. Since we have made some changes to the Hono server component's configuration, you might want to check out its documentation in particular.
Are there any other dangling issues you are working on which should be in 0.5-M5?
Please provide your feedback on the list ASAP so that we can create the milestone by Friday April 7th latest.
