[higgins-dev] Managed Card mime-type

Hi, Higgins developers,

This is Enrique from VeriSign Innovation's "PIP."  I was glad to meet
a number of you at the Burton Catalyst interop.  Please let me know if
you have further interop issues with CardSpace and the PIP.

One item brought to my attention is that we aren't setting the optimal
mime-type when a user downloads a Managed Card.  Apparently some
identity selectors won't recognize our cards.  We currently set
"application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8" for the mime-type.  Can you
suggest a more interoperable mime-type?
