[higgins-dev] Relying Party Security Policy

Hej,

Dieter Sommer (who is still waiting to get the right to email to this
list...) and myself started to lay out the policy language needed to
describe the attributes or other information (e.g., username, password)
that a user needs to provide to a relying party to get access.
This language will is one of the element that we need to integrate
idemix into higgins. 
We put all the text etc on the wiki, as that makes the reading (and
formatting easier).
