[geowave-dev] Question on ingest stats and time dimension configuration

Hello,

 I have some questions on the ingest stats and time dimension configuration in the documentation. I don't think I'm grasping the usage. Is this something that has to be set before ingesting data or can I do it after the fact? Also, is this tablet wide or at the table level? In other words, I'm not sure if I can do the configuration on just the GeoLife data since it says it's a system level configuration. The json format itself seems pretty straightforward.
