[gemoc-dev] new GEMOC Studio official release 3.1.0 available

Hi all
as announced, a new official release of the studio is now available on
the download page: http://gemoc.org/download.html

)
Next milestone is to upgrade Eclipse base from Eclipse photon to Eclipse
2019-06.

You can consider it as a release candidate for the next official
version 3.1.0 that I plan to publish 31rd of July (with any pull
request you may contribute to help fix it in the meantime).
Shortly after (August), the version of the Studio will move to 3.2.0
and I'll publish another milstone with Eclipse 2019-06 as base
(instead of photon.1)
