Is there a good reason not to use the org.apache.derby_10.1.2.1_v200711021015.jar [1] from the Eclipse Orbit [2] project? This bundle would be something that we could integrate into g-Eclipse without any IP problems. The one from the Apache website needs to go through the complete IP process first.
