I have to be more careful what I am writing. Sometimes I have to learn that
the meaning switches between the writer of the mail (me!) and the reader
(that's you).
Of course, it *is* a transparent opt-in and you have to agree to the terms and
conditions before any data is uploaded to the Foundation. You can even
preview all the events-data that will be uploaded, and you can filter the
content before doing so.
'should/can enforce' - This was based on the experience that there is always
someone who forgets about such a manual enforcement (something written in an
email).
