The problem was with the eu.geclipse.batch.test plug-in. I didn't  
realize that I created a cycle there. I think the changes I committed  
should fix the problem, at least I can not reproduce it using your  
method below (after the fix). So maybe you can add the batch plug-ins  
into the build again?
