The IP log is generated. We can change the data in the systems that are queried for the IP log, but we can't change the template itself.

Indeed, I was already wondering if I needed to write that somewhere in a profile, but apparently that already happened.

I don't like the US style of dates, but that's likely Eclipse standard (and not worth spending time on).

I've generated an IP log for our project. We need to submit it as part of the release review process for our first release. Let me know if you think anything is wrong or missing.

I did notice your affiliations are missing in the IP log. Looking at https://projects.eclipse.org/user/13400 and https://projects.eclipse.org/user/13399 I do see your affiliations.
