You might take that into consideration when when asking for something specifically to help make life better at Ericsson for a Compliance tool that apparently needs a special feed of source-only content that you are unable to extract from a zip containing said sources.  The IDE WG pools funds that help support release engineering work and you appear to be asking for yet more release engineering support from the collective commons.  

To me it seems trivial to extract the source yourself:

I recommend that as your best approach.  After all, if you believe that we can produce what you need for you, then I expect you can produce what you need yourself just as well.

Source JARs (e.g., org.apache.commons.commons-codec.source_1.16.0.jar with .java files)

 

However, Compliance reject for the packages due to the presence of binaries, requesting "source code only" links.​

 

Request

 

Could you please provide: Source-only ZIP archives containing just the .source_.jar files (or extracted .java sources) for Equinox 4.30 and 4.36?
