Hello Team,
I'm reaching out from Ericsson regarding a licensing compliance requirement for Eclipse Equinox components used in one of our products. We need to analyse the source code for the following versions:
Eclipse Equinox 4.36 (Ticket 1805819): https://download.eclipse.org/equinox/drops/R-4.36-202505281830/download.php?dropFile=equinox-SDK-4.36.zip
Eclipse Equinox 4.30 (Ticket 1801656): https://archive.eclipse.org/equinox/drops/R-4.30-202312010110/download.php?dropFile=equinox-SDK-4.30.zip
Issue Description
We requires human-readable source code (.java files) for compliance review but cannot process binary .jar files. The SDK zips contain both:
Compiled JARs (e.g., org.apache.commons.commons-codec_1.16.0.jar with .class files)
Source JARs (e.g., org.apache.commons.commons-codec.source_1.16.0.jar with .java files)
However, Compliance reject for the packages due to the presence of binaries, requesting "source code only" links.
Request
Could you please provide: Source-only ZIP archives containing just the .source_.jar files (or extracted .java sources) for Equinox 4.30 and 4.36?
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Abhishek Kant Rattan
