Hi Tom,
I'd like to install the complete feature 
"org.eclipse.equinox.executable" into a target platform using the proper 
installer (Update Site or P2 depending on Eclipse version) during a 
headless unattended, multi-platform build of an RCP application. If the 
feature was available just like any other feature, I could have 
Buckminster find the correct version, materialize it, and install it 
automatically as part of the build.
