[equinox-dev] New project to load

In order to cope with the old update (more precisely update.configurator
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=196210), we are now the happy
owner of a copy of update.configurator.
What does that mean?
- you need to load update.configurator from the equinox provisioning area
(the project has been added to the project sets in
org.eclipse.equinox.prov.releng)
- you need to regenerate metadata
- you need to change the launch configurations using update configurator to
refer to the copy of update configurator *in your target platform*. Yes,
you read it well in your target platform. I will save you the details as to
why. Note that the "Test Director SDK" as already been updated.
