I'll change it to the following to reflect that we really do wish to see a +1 reflecting successful testing or to have links to issues that have been opened relating to problems encountered while testing:

Please test and send your +1 to this mailing list.
Please include links to issues that have been encountered while testing.
Note that even with a -1, the package will be published nevertheless.
