[epp-dev] Committer Election for Dawid Pakula on Eclipse Packaging Project has started

A committer election for Dawid Pakula on project Eclipse Packaging Project
(technology.packaging) was started by Mickael Istria with this criteria:
Dawid has been taking care of the PHP package for a long time now. He has an
excellent track record at providing feedback on the mailing-list,
participating to Bugzilla discussions and curating the Eclipse IDE for PHP
developers package.
He also authored several patches to EPP:

Dawid should become a committer on EPP project, so it will facilitate his
work regarding PHP package maintenance.
